Telehealth therapy across Ohio
Quarter-Life Crisis Therapy for Young Professionals in Ohio
Quarter-life crisis — therapy for young professionals in their early 20s to 30s in Ohio. "Whoever said you couldn't have it all. Obviously never went to therapy."
It's not the load that weighs you down. It's the way you carry it.
Young professionals move through four career stages, and therapy meets you in each one: license exam jitters, cold-feet career, established-career imbalance, and — on the other side — therapeutically thriving. Our goal is to help you get there: improved communication, boundaries, coping strategies, self-compassion, mindfulness, exam success, and real balance.
Recognize yourself?
Signs you might benefit
You worked hard for your career and you're still in the process of building it. Your success shouldn't cost you your mental health, happiness, or joy. You don't need to check every box — if any of these resonate, you deserve to make space for yourself. Pushing through isn't enough. You deserve to live and thrive in your own resilience.

Frequently asked questions
I don't have a 'serious' mental health issue — is therapy still for me?
Absolutely. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many of our young professional clients describe feeling fine on paper but like something's off underneath — vague dissatisfaction, chronic stress, or relationship patterns they keep repeating. Therapy is just as valuable as a tool for growth and clarity as it is for treating acute symptoms.
I have a demanding job. Can I actually fit therapy into my schedule?
Yes. We offer evening and Saturday appointments specifically because of clients like you. Telehealth means no commute — you can literally finish a meeting, close that tab, and open your therapy session. We make it logistically easy so that the only thing standing between you and support is whether you're ready to show up.
Can therapy help with career stress and burnout specifically?
Yes. We have significant experience helping young professionals navigate burnout, difficult workplace dynamics, career direction questions, and the identity questions that come with professional life. We use evidence-based approaches and will also challenge you when you're rationalizing staying stuck.
What does the first session look like?
The first session is where we get to know you — your history, what's bringing you in now, your goals, and what's worked or hasn't worked in the past. You'll leave with a clear sense of what we'd focus on together. It's also a chance for you to evaluate whether we're the right fit. A good therapeutic relationship is the foundation of everything.
