Yiannoula Mavroidis, LPCC-S, BC-TMH

Yiannoula Mavroidis, LPCC-S, BC-TMH is the founder and clinical director of Resilient Wellness Ohio. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor and Board Certified-Telehealth Mental Health provider, she brings deep clinical expertise and a direct, engaging presentation style to every speaking engagement.

Her speaking draws on years of direct clinical work with individuals dealing with anxiety, life transitions, and adolescent / young adult mental health, as well as her experience building and running a telehealth-first therapy practice. She translates complex clinical concepts into practical, accessible language — without dumbing things down.

Yiannoula speaks at corporations, schools, and community organizations throughout Northeast Ohio and is available virtually for organizations nationwide.

Dr. Staci Tessmer, Ph.D., LPCC-S, NCC, BC-TMH, ACS

Dr. Staci Tessmer, Ph.D., LPCC-S, NCC, BC-TMH, ACS is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervision Endorsement and holds a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision. She presents at local, state, national, and international counseling conferences and is published in peer-reviewed journals on group work supervision and counseling injured student athletes.

Staci's speaking draws on more than a decade of clinical, supervisory, and administrative experience, alongside specialized training in suicidality assessment (CAMS) and counseling on access to lethal means (CALM). She also serves as adjunct faculty for two CACREP-accredited counseling programs — teaching diagnosis, case conceptualization, practicum, and internship.

Her leadership in the profession includes serving as Ohio Counseling Association President (2024) and American Counseling Association Midwest Region Chair (2025).
