Founder & Clinical Director, Resilient Wellness Ohio

Yiannoula holds Ohio's highest professional counseling licensure — Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervision Endorsement (LPCC-S) — as well as the Board Certified-Telehealth Mental Health (BC-TMH) credential. Her clinical background spans anxiety disorders, depression, and the mental health of adolescents and young adults.

She brings a direct, evidence-based supervisory style focused on building genuine clinical competence — not just getting your hours logged. Supervisees can expect honest feedback, strong case consultation, and mentorship that extends beyond the mechanics of licensure.

Director of Supervision and Training Services, Resilient Wellness Ohio

Staci holds a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision and is an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) in addition to her LPCC-S endorsement. She has more than a decade of clinical, supervisory, and administrative experience across inpatient and outpatient settings, and serves as adjunct faculty at two CACREP-accredited counseling programs — teaching diagnosis, case conceptualization, practicum, and internship.

Her supervisory style is research-informed and developmental: she helps supervisees grow into confident clinicians while bringing specialized expertise in suicidality assessment (CAMS), counseling on access to lethal means (CALM), and group work.

She approaches supervision with genuine compassion and a commitment to evidence-based care.

Supervisees working with Hayle can expect thoughtful guidance grounded in real-world clinical experience, with a focus on developing both competence and confidence as a clinician.

Scheduling

Supervision frequency

Ohio licensing boards require a minimum number of supervision hours depending on your licensure track. We ensure you meet those requirements and are happy to schedule sessions beyond the minimum if that serves your professional growth and caseload needs.

Frequency is discussed during your initial consultation and can be adjusted based on your specific licensing timeline, caseload complexity, and any urgent clinical needs that arise. Many supervisees meet biweekly, but we tailor the cadence to your situation.

All supervision sessions are documented per Ohio CSWMFT Board requirements. Supervisees receive documentation of completed supervision hours on an ongoing basis.
