Telehealth therapy across Ohio

Online Therapy for College Students in Ohio

Flexible online therapy around your class schedule — for the parts of college nobody put in the brochure.

College is a season of test anxiety, relationship challenges, roommate conflicts, grad school applications, major selection, graduation transitions, and questions about who you actually are. If everyone around you seems fine and you don't — that gap is worth talking about, not powering through. Our flexible online scheduling fits around lectures, labs, and shifts with morning, midday, evening, and weekend appointments, so getting support doesn't have to compete with the rest of your life.

Recognize yourself?

Signs you might benefit

You worked hard for your career and you're still in the process of building it. Your success shouldn't cost you your mental health, happiness, or joy. You don't need to check every box — if any of these resonate, you deserve to make space for yourself. Pushing through isn't enough. You deserve to live and thrive in your own resilience.

How we help

Our approach

Sessions focus on developing self-compassion, time management, study skills, boundary-setting, identity exploration, and managing anxiety and depression. We take a flexible, student-centered approach built for college life — scheduled around your class schedule with no long-term commitment required, though many students find consistent therapy is what actually moves the needle.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

I'm a college student in Ohio. Can I use telehealth even if I go home during breaks?

Yes, as long as you are physically located in Ohio during sessions. This covers most in-state colleges. If you go home to another state during breaks and want to continue sessions, we'll talk through your options — some clients use breaks as natural pauses while others schedule around travel.

Can my parents be involved in my therapy?

If you're 18 or older, your therapy is confidential — parents are not involved unless you choose to include them. Some college students find it helpful to have a family session to address communication dynamics at home. That's your call to make, and we can facilitate it if you'd like.

I'm worried about the cost. Can I afford therapy?

We understand cost is a real barrier for students. We do offer a limited number of sliding scale slots for clients who demonstrate financial need. We also accept HSA and FSA funds. We never want cost alone to be what stands between you and support.

Do you only work with anxiety and depression, or can I bring other issues?

We work with the full range of what college students face: anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship issues, identity exploration, grief, life transitions, and more. If you're not sure whether what you're going through is something we work with, just ask — our free consult is a no-pressure chance to find out.
