FAQs

My work schedule is insane! How do I make this work?

You don’t have to go to therapy the same day/time every week. Session frequency varies (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) on your needs/preferences. 24/7 online booking is available for existing clients to support even the most complicated of schedules. Evening and Saturday appointments are also available. The only obstacle is you second-guessing yourself.

What if I just want to give it a 1-2 session try?

You can! We take it one session at a time. If you feel you connect with the therapy process, maybe I’m not quite the right fit. We can also provide you with additional referrals reflective of what you are looking for in a provider.

I think I have a couple more questions about the process. Can I call you?
